The registration fee for the participants:

- 250 US Dollars before 31 May, 2003,     - 320 US Dollars after 31 May, 2003

Commercial presentation (15 min) for conference exhibitors including 2m2 exhibition area (booth, one table and one poster): 380 US Dollars

The extra fee that needs to be paid by the exhibitors for the

The hotel reservation can be arranged by contacting directly the hotel.

You can find in the attached files a list of some fine Budapest hotels which are located along the bus and tram lines that take you to the conference venue (Bp. XXII., Anna u. 5.), and information on how to get there. Maps will be sent to you after your Registration Form arrived.
